Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 April 2026

Short version: you pay $100, we run your wedding platform. We don't hide clauses. If something needs clarifying, email legal@martida.click.

The deal

  • You pay $100 per wedding. We give you invitations, family delegation, WhatsApp delivery, and a door scanner. No subscription, no per-guest fees.
  • The fee covers one wedding event. A second wedding is a second fee.

What you promise

  • Use Martida to plan your own wedding, not someone else's without their consent.
  • Don't upload content you don't have the right to use (photos, names, logos).
  • Don't use the platform to send spam, harass guests, or run phishing campaigns — we will shut the event down and report to the relevant authorities.
  • Pay the fee before sending the first invitation or activating the door scanner.

What we promise

  • To keep the service running reliably through your event. If the scanner goes down during your wedding, we will be on the phone within minutes.
  • To refund the fee in full if you cancel more than 14 days before the event.
  • To never change the price retroactively on an event you've already paid for.
  • To never use your guest list for anything other than running your wedding.

Refunds

  • Full refund up to 14 days before the event date you specified in the dashboard.
  • After that, the event stays active — we'll help you rebook whenever you're ready, with no additional fee.
  • If the platform fails materially on the night (e.g. the scanner is down for more than 15 minutes and it was our fault), the fee is refunded in full, no questions.

Liability

  • We build and run the software. We are not responsible for who shows up at your wedding, who doesn't, or what they do while there.
  • Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the fee you paid us for that event.

Termination

  • You can delete your account and event at any time from the dashboard.
  • We can terminate an event only for breaches listed under 'What you promise'. We will refund unused fees pro rata.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes are heard in Stockholm district court unless local consumer protection law overrides this.
